Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

Because this website may be seen by our European colleagues, I wanted to make sure that the privacy and terms of service information for the website remains in compliance with the new requirements under the European Union (EU) data protection law called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which goes into effect on May 25, 2018.

I'm using generally plain language here because 1) I'm not a lawyer, and 2) I want to try to be as honest and transparent as I can with you, my readers.
